Job Description

- Balancing technical work with collaboration.
- Developing and executing SQL scripts to validate legacy data, identify quality issues, and generate reports.
- Meeting with business stakeholders to define validation rules and document requirements.
- Writing technical documentation explaining processes and workflows.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep the data migration on track.
- Ensuring data integrity while translating between technical and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (e.g. DDL Design/DML Query/Stored Procedure) and Python (e.g. pandas, dataframe) scripting and relational database management.
- Proven ability to identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and compatibility issues.
- Ability to create and manage clear technical documentation.
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve data migration challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
- Prior exposure to Archer GRC or similar governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms.
- Knowledge of operational risk frameworks or issue management systems
