      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Audit and resolve retirement pension account data to ensure accurate benefit payments
      - Review and analyze retirement accounts for compliance with governing standards
      - Coordinate the reconciliation of account data by gathering missing information from member employers
      - Utilize policy documents and procedures to guide daily tasks and decision-making
      - Manage and prioritize 15 to 20 work items to ensure timely completion of responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience researching or reconciling accounts AND explaining rules, programs, or procedures
      - OR one year of calculating payment amounts AND explaining rules, programs, or procedures
      - OR 12 quarter (8 semester) college-level credit hours in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
      - Ability to professionally communicate via email and Microsoft Teams with internal and external audiences
      - Strong organizational skills to track and prioritize multiple work items

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a role that involves problem-solving and collaborative engagement with co-workers
      - Familiarity with interpreting policy and applying it to account data
      - Previous experience in a customer service-oriented position
