What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support execution of pricing excellence and assist with objection handling during deal negotiations
- Maintain deal desk data and dashboards, generating reports and tracking performance metrics
- Approve deals in accordance with corporate guidance and new approval parameters
- Analyze deal structures and provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex deal negotiations and address approval requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales operation, software sales, and/or revenue operations role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing field relationships
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau

- Experience in a deal desk or similar role within the software industry
- Familiarity with pricing governance and compliance processes
