- Req#: DEALE001355
- Accurately enter, update, and manage customer orders in ERP systems
- Provide timely order tracking and proactive communication to customers
- Resolve order-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot EDI and tracking problems
- Support upselling, cross-selling, and outbound promotional calls
- Track customer feedback and share insights with leadership
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers
- Use CRM tools to document interactions and follow up on open issues
- 1-3 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Comfortable with data tracking and basic analytics
