Dedicated Account Representative
Job Description
The dedicated role will be responsible for managing the service consistency across markets & driving continuous process improvement, translating the service strategy into actions. The DAR will partner with the customer to understand and agree on the program service objectives and work with internal AEGBT travel technical teams to provide suitable solutions to deliver on the joint strategy & goals. The role will require process orientation and a collaborative approach to building & leveraging strong customer and internal relationships, The DAR will leverage this knowledge to develop and deliver operating consistency, where appropriate.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as operations lead and single point of contact to Client
- Partner with global, regional and local account management and Traveler Care teams
- Communicate and interact with all relevant teams and business partners
- Support processes to handle customer service-related issues
- Support around daily travel program needs/issues
- Support further online enhancements and implementations
- Support on technological innovations/improvements
- Support consistent SLA landscape
- Deliver agreed reporting’s
- Coordinate service complaints
- Support data collection and clean-ups for Account and Travel Management
- Support in Air, Rail, Hotel, Rental Car Contract/Program implementation and availability measurement (online and offline)
- Monitor operational performance of GBT agencies, take corrective actions, define and implement improvement measures. (Operational performance means for example adherence to travel agency booking instructions to increase compliance to travel policy)
