Job Description

- Own and manage the claims supply chain of experts (DA/Panel) for London Markets and deliver a compliant solution.
- Ensure all Claim DA’s are considered and approved in line with the Group DA policy and Lloyds requirements. This will require you interacting with Underwriters at all levels and managing/resolving escalations.
- Ensure full due diligence is captured, reviewed and if appropriate challenged on all Panel; and TPA/Cover-holder claims DA’s. Working with key stakeholders to ensure that both new and renewal due-diligence is conducted in line with our internal processes and policies
- Ensure mid-term claims management authority amendments are considered, approved and managed in line with the internal procedures and Lloyd’s requirements.
- Ensure we maintain a productive working relationship and full co-operation with the Hiscox Underwriting DA team especially with regard to the Cover-holder (with Claims DA) audit programme.
- Manage and oversee the London Markets Claims TPA Audit programme, ensuring that we liaise effectively with all stakeholders and that the programme runs effectively.
- Produce and present regular reports for Delegated Authority compliance and Audit outcomes at the London Market Vendor Committee.
- Review and renew internal procedures for agreeing Claims DA’s in line with market best practise.

This is a great opportunity for a London market expert to join an established international team who manage the global supply chain for the claims function at Hiscox. This role is not just about ensuring that we deliver value for Hiscox but it is about ensuring that our customers enjoy the service they expect from Hiscox when they make a claim.
To be successful, you will have a deep knowledge and experience of the London Markets DA work-stream and will be adept at demonstrating full compliance with Lloyds regulations as well as providing underwriters with the day to day commercial support they require.
