- Leading the discovery, research, and onboarding of Marketing technologies to fill existing gaps, eliminate redundancy, and propose areas of opportunity.
- Leading the Merchandizing strategy to drive incremental conversions and revenue for DLV products and services.
- Co-leading the Promotional strategy roadmap to drive new customer acquisitions and incremental revenue.
- Serve as the in-house expert on technical configuration and implementation of various marketing platforms (CDP, DMP, site-side analytics, ad servers, media performance and measurement tagging).
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (media agencies, technology providers, and consultants) to implement and optimize Marketing technologies.
- Provide a best-in-class vacation shopping experience by optimizing and innovating the way we present our products and campaigns across the entire consumer lifecycle.
- Work with internal teams to extract and analyze data pertaining to marketing campaigns and develop relevant and useful recommendations to improve business metrics.
- Lead, negotiate and maintain contracts with vendors as needed.
- Manage relevant budget proposals, forecasts and reconciliations.
- Lead and develop team of Individual Contributors.

- Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent experience

- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritizations skills
- Working knowledge of audience targeting and suppression capabilities across multiple media platforms: e.g. Skai, Google Ads, DV360, Yahoo, Trade Desk, etc
- Working knowledge and experience within Customer Data Platforms (CDP) - Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce
- 5+ years of direct experience in digital media technology including ad serving, audience on boarding, dynamic creative optimization, multi touch attribution, and/or relevant digital media tools
- Demonstrated ability within e-commerce/retail, preferably within the travel industry

Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking an experienced leader to develop, implement, and optimize Delta Vacations’ marketing technology roadmap, as well as strategize merchandizing opportunities and promotional strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional team members across the organization to help position Delta Vacations as an industry-leading vacation provider of choice for our customers. This role will join the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Strategy.

This full-time position is located at Delta Vacations Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.
