What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate and close large sales opportunities through effective verbal and written communication
- Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional territory management and CRM hygiene
- Utilize point-of-sale and market share analytics to prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach to uncover new opportunities
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to share knowledge and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Proven experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Strong sales skills with a focus on the oral care business segment
- Ability to comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five (5) years of sales experience in the oral care industry
- Familiarity with Data Analytics and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Demonstrated category leadership and innovation mindset
- Experience building collaborative customer relationships
- Exposure to global regulatory environments and operational excellence
