Maintain a well-organized and professional office; ensure the workroom and reception areas are tidy.
Assist with department communication (mailings, phone calls, etc.), including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Assist Enrollment team, including scheduling intake appointments and making follow up calls
Provide general administrative and clerical support (mail processing, copying, ordering office supplies, desk copy texts, etc.).
Update and maintain student document submission tracking system. Ensure student documentation is archived.Provide student support; answer inquiries about testing programs; provide information to current and prospective students by mail, telephone and/or e-mail; maintain the computer lab.
Develop and maintain an annual task calendar for routine academic term and annual tasks.
Maintain digital signage information.
Assist with preparation and distribution of reports as needed.
Assist with collection and monitoring of student data.
Reserve rooms for special events. Prepare for meetings as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
BA and at least two years of administrative experience required.
Experience with Google suite preferred

Job Summary:
Serve as department receptionist by greeting and aiding students, staff and visitors and by answering, screening and/or routing calls. Take and relay messages; transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Direct guests to correct destination.

Pay range: $19.78 - $21.36

Sitting for periods greater than one hour. Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Vision to read documents, e-mail and other correspondence, and reports on paper and computer monitor. Hearing and speaking to communicate effectively with others in person and by phone. Will also stand, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 10 lbs throughout the day.
