      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide tier 1 help desk support and triage for inbound calls related to campaign finance, election law, and notarial acts
      - Assist candidates, committees, election administrators, and the public with procedural information
      - Coordinate front desk coverage for in-person appointments and customer inquiries
      - Support bureau-wide project activities and initiatives as needed
      - Maintain effective communication and documentation for all customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - One year of experience in administrative support activities equivalent to the 7-level in state service
      - One year of experience as a technician or paraprofessional equivalent to the entry level in state service
      - Experience in customer service and call center environments
      - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of two years of college (60 semester or 90 term credits) may substitute for the experience requirement
      - Possession of a Bachelor's degree may substitute for the experience requirement
      - Experience in a supervisory role within administrative support activities
      - Familiarity with election laws and campaign finance regulations
      - Previous work experience in government or public service
