What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the preparation of preliminary studies, sketches, and renderings of buildings and structures
- Participate in the selection of systems and equipment for projects
- Review plans and specifications for compliance with regulations
- Monitor building permit and LEED compliance process
- Conduct on-site observation of work during construction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor in Architecture (BArch) or equivalent
- 3-8 years of experience in the field
- Preferred experience in commercial, education, hospitality, or residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed architect
- Experience in construction administration
- Participation in professional organizations such as AIA, CSI, etc.
