Department: IT Savings & Retirement
Term: Permanent Full-TimeWork Arrangements: We are currently working remotely, and we will be moving to a hybrid model when our office renovation is complete (approximately November 2023), coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, every other week on designated days.

What you will be doing:
· Be a part of a team of developers to design and enhance a wide range of solutions using a variety of technologies.
· Recommend and implement system designs based on long-term IT organization strategy
· Work closely with business and systems analysts, and QA to develop alternative solutions to meet business
· Analyze production system problems and recommend solutions
· Investigate and solve production problems with minimal guidance
· Research and recommend technologies to the team and management to help keep our tech stack up-to-date
What you will bring:
· Willingness and ability to learn new ways of working and different technologies
· Proficiency in C# (VB.Net acceptable) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Transact SQL with at least 2 years of relevant experience
· Experience with SOAP and/or RESTful services
· High motivation to be a team player and ability to be a strong individual contributor
· Effective verbal and written communications, with an ability to effectively convey information, concepts, and ideas to others
· Hands on experience using testing frameworks (ie. NUnit, etc.) is an asset
· Experience with ORMs like Entity Framework is an asset
· Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
· Nice to haves: Azure DevOps, React, Unitrax, ExStream, Active Batch, Ingenium
