      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with all aspects of real estate deals, including feasibility analysis and development work
      - Prepare financial models to evaluate development opportunities
      - Conduct market, zoning, and development research, providing informed recommendations
      - Coordinate due diligence and prepare purchase contracts and letters of intent
      - Collaborate with design, construction, and property management teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent
      - 1-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
      - Proficient in reading and analyzing business and technical publications
      - Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
      - Advanced experience with MS Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with tax credit applications and reports to housing finance agencies
      - Knowledge of internal rate of return (IRR) and net present value (NPV) concepts
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with various variables
      - Exceptional multitasking abilities and team player mentality
