What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain multivariable forecasting models for construction pricing using R or similar statistical environments
- Monitor commodity trends and publish a Quarterly Department Newsletter with industry forecasts
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize project health and budget variances
- Assist Development Managers with due diligence and navigate the entitlement and permitting process
- Manage closing checklists and facilitate 'lessons learned' sessions to enhance future modeling accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong understanding of statistical modeling
- Proficiency in R for statistical computing and Power BI for data visualization
- Expert-level skills in Excel
- Strong attention to detail in managing document execution and project checklists
- Ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts clearly to the development team

- Familiarity with real estate development, zoning, and construction processes
