      Position Overview

      As a Development Project Analyst on our technology services consulting team, you will work with our team of developers and play a key role in estimating costs and timelines for new projects. You will possess a strong background in helping organize project tasks, deadlines, and communications while helping hold our team accountable for their assigned tasks during our regular sprint planning meetings. Experience with databases, general development, and data warehousing concepts coupled with proven experience in agile project management methodologies is preferred but not required.

      Responsibilities
      • Oversee and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
      • Plan, organize, and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
      • Lead cost estimation efforts for new projects, analyzing requirements and resource needs to produce accurate budgets and forecasts.
      • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
      • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, supporting the professional growth and development of team members.

      Qualifications
      • 5+ years of experience in software project management. Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
      • Demonstrated experience with agile project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
      • Proven ability to estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

      Preferred Skills
      • Experience working in cloud-based environments - Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake)
      • Review code and contribute to development efforts, particularly in SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Python environments.
      • Promote best practices in software development, code quality, and agile project management within the team.
      • Experience with technologies such as PySpark, Spark SQL, SQL, Fabric Data Pipelines, and Power BI
      • UiPath for enterprise automation and API/Saas integrations
      • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
      • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
