Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the company's cloud platform, mobile applications, and integrations.
Oversee system uptime, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response.
Continuously analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
Build and maintain automated infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes on AWS.
Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
Manage application configurations across multiple environments.
Protect cloud assets by implementing and enforcing security best practices and controls.
Guarantee uninterrupted service delivery for critical systems through automation and incident prevention.
Work closely with development teams to design and build operationally excellent systems.
Demonstrate ownership and urgency in addressing critical system issues.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and processes.
Perform essential administrative tasks, including user management and access control.
Utilize system metrics and statistics to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience or certifications in AWS Cloud.
Knowledge of incident, problem and change management practices and experience handling high-impact incidents.
Experience designing, building, and managing release systems, code merging and promotion, and CI/CD workflows.
Experience with container architecture and systems like Docker, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and EKS.
Knowledge of languages and frameworks like Java/Spring/Spring Boot.
Experience operating and supporting event-driven microservices and distributed architectures.
Experience administrating and supporting NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB.
Linux-based infrastructure knowledge.
Experience obtaining and installing SSL certificates.
Experience monitoring and supporting RESTful APIs.
Configuration management, CI/CD tools, GIT, Jenkins, and ELK stack experience.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-code development and operations on Kubernetes environment using Terraform.
Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Kibana, Data Dog, etc.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and operating large-scale production systems on AWS, including load balancing, monitoring, and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and their application in modern systems.
Proven ability to identify and implement automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Passionate about DevOps and GitOps principles, with experience in infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
Skilled in performance analysis and optimization techniques to ensure system reliability and responsiveness.
Utilizes metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
Experience collaborating with and managing third-party service providers.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Hold one or more AWS certifications.
Possess EV industry experience with station integration or familiarity with open protocols such as OCPP, OCPI, or OpenADR.
