      Digital Business Intern

      Job summary:

      • Work in an agile team to understand the nature of work undertaken by Product Owners, UX Designers, and Digital Business Partners

      • Assist the Digital Business Partners in performing market analysis to understand requirements, and to support the definition and deployment of DF SG go-to-market strategy

      • Participate in customer engagement activities familiarize with influencing and validating opportunities

      • Liaise closely with the Product Owners to understand the roadblocks and impediments faced by the squad

      • Assist the Product Owners in strategizing the delivery of the MVP whilst providing transparency to the stakeholders and managing the expectations of the stakeholders

      • Participate in prioritizing the product feature backlog and development for the product

      • Work with UX Designers to facilitate user research studies to uncover the customer & stakeholder needs and pain points

      • Assist in the user research by bringing customer centricity and market knowledge into the mix to help find the correct product-market fit through activities like value proposition modelling and business modelling

      • Participate in the value propositions assessment and development of use cases, to ensure that effort is focused on the most impactful actions in-line with product strategy

      Required competencies/experience:

      • Being enrolled in an Information Systems Bachelor/Master program or equivalent, in an accredited university/college and has completed at least one year of university/college studies

      • Commitment to professional development.

      • Positive attitude towards learning and delivery.

      • Identify, understand, and manage emotions in positive ways to communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict Exposed to data analysis and market research methodologies.

      • Creative contributor that brings new ideas and concepts to the business for consideration.

      • Good knowledge of agile principles and processes is an additional advantage
