- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement internal communication plans that align with business goals and company culture.
- Develop high-quality digital content, such as videos, podcasts, social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Use multimedia tools to record and edit videos, audio, and other media to create professional-quality content.
- Ensure that all content complies with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.
- Manage the distribution of internal communications materials to ensure prompt and effective delivery.
- Stay up to date on new digital trends and technologies to remain ahead of the curve.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools, including video and audio editing software.
- Understanding of the digital content production or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in digital media, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of content management systems and internal communication platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Video editing software: The Specialist should be familiar with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar tools to record, edit, and produce professional-quality videos.
- Graphic design skills: Having graphic design skills, such as proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, can be beneficial for creating visually appealing content and enhancing the overall quality of digital materials.
- Multimedia tools: The Specialist should have a good understanding of multimedia tools and technologies to create different forms of content, such as social media posts, newsletters, and presentations.
- Internal communication platforms: Knowledge of internal communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, or other similar tools would be necessary to collaborate with stakeholders and manage communication plans.
- Audio editing software: The Specialist should also be proficient in audio editing software, such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or other similar tools to record and edit audio for podcasts or other audio-based content.
- Social media management: Familiarity with social media management tools and techniques, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, can be beneficial for creating and distributing content across different social media channels.
- Insights and Analytics understanding
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as PBI or Data Studio

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As a Specialist in Digital Content Production, you will be responsible for creating, recording, and editing various types of digital content to engage and inform our employees. This position requires to be on site. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to create materials that clearly and persuasively communicate our company's objectives, values, and goals. You will produce a variety of content, including videos, and social media posts, while ensuring that all content is consistent with our brand and messaging standards and is delivered promptly and effectively.
