  • Job Description

      Req#: 277435BR
      • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner for digital lending services, preferably with experience supporting mobile and web-based consumer and business banking loans and building highly tailored lending products. Experience with at least one lending product, such as secured credit lines, mortgages, credit cards, and lending processes, such as underwriting, loan booking, disbursement, repayment, and servicing is required. Experience with high net worth clients is a plus.
      • strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
      • experience setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results), designing features and enhancements to meet OKR’s, and measuring the results for learning and iteration
      • product knowledge, skills, and understanding of the rules and regulations that govern lending systems
      • data-driven and analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
      • experience with customer-centric systems, lead management, funnel management/conversion techniques, customer relationship management, and case tracking processes and technologies
      • experience with all digital user interaction models, from web to mobile to push notifications to emerging HCI channels such as Alexa
