- Manage day-to-day client communication and act as the central point of contact.
- Support the development of digital marketing plans that align with client goals and Clix service capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams in SEO, PPC, creative, and development to ensure accurate execution of planned work.
- Lead recurring client meetings by preparing agendas, presenting updates, and outlining clear action items.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with delivery teams to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Help identify opportunities for expanded services when supported by data and client needs and partner with business developers when appropriate.
- Translate performance results into simple and actionable insights for clients.
- Use AI and productivity tools to draft communications, outline reports, and improve efficiency.
- Escalate risks or issues early and collaborate with strategists or leadership to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure services remain aligned with statements of work.
- Contribute to client retention by providing consistent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with direct client-facing account management responsibilities.
- Ability to retain and grow accounts by aligning Clix services to client needs.
- Familiarity with core digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, paid social, analytics, or website projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients.
- Comfortable using AI and digital tools to support analysis and communication.

Account Manager
Clix is a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through tailored, data-driven strategies. The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day client relationship management, coordinating delivery, and supporting strategic alignment for a portfolio of accounts. This role is focused on retention, client health, and steady growth in client value.
We are looking for a reliable and organized client partner who communicates clearly, maintains strong relationships, and ensures work remains aligned with client objectives. Success is measured by client satisfaction, retention, and incremental growth of each account under your management.
Strong Preference: Candidates with experience managing marketing programs for law firms or serving as client or account managers in the legal industry.
Bonus Qualifications: Experience with SEO or PPC account coordination, project management, or consultative upselling in an agency environment.
