      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound call/chat volume, taking 40-50 customer interactions per workday
      - Complete all Brand Sales Trainings (BST) each month to maintain eligibility for promotions
      - Maintain excellent customer service standards through problem-solving and quality assurance
      - Log and retain accurate customer records in Salesforce.com
      - Proactively identify and report any issues encountered during daily workflow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1–2 years of prior sales, retail, or customer service experience
      - Strong attention to detail and superior interpersonal skills
      - Proven ability to use critical thinking tools to resolve customer issues
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within the home improvement or related industry
      - Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
      - Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to tasks
