What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the sales and account management process for Clinical Insight Services targeting pharmaceutical and biotech partners
- Develop and nurture client relationships, preparing presentations and proposals to support business development
- Communicate client needs and expectations to enhance Clinical Insight Solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client market research and educational needs
- Document all sales interactions and opportunities to maintain updated records of activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in business-related fields
- Thorough knowledge of oncology therapeutic marketplace dynamics and pharmaceutical drug development
- Solid understanding of functional areas within biopharmaceutical companies, including market access and medical affairs
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to address customer business problems with customized solutions
- Ability to travel domestically up to 40%, including limited weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in strategic and consultative marketing techniques
- Knowledge of specialty drug therapeutic markets, particularly retina and/or urology
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven success in client engagement
- Familiarity with salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Excellent presentation skills for both large and small group settings
