What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide management and coordination support to ensure compliance initiatives are effectively deployed across the business
- Implement and enhance a risk-based corporate compliance program aligned with regulatory expectations
- Oversee investigations into integrity-related concerns, collaborating with HR and legal for timely resolutions
- Develop and execute compliance training programs tailored to the company's key risks
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Compliance Officer, translating compliance requirements into actionable business practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles, with 3+ years in corporate compliance responsibilities
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
- JD, CPA, or Master's in Law, Business, Accounting, or related field strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of US and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, SOX, data privacy)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certifications such as CCEP, CFE, or CIPP are preferred
- Prior experience in a publicly traded or highly regulated global company
- Familiarity with compliance technology and systems (e.g., case management tools, ERM systems)
- Track record of building and maturing compliance programs, including policy design and process enhancements
