- Ensure we have the most effective and brand aligned eCommerce experience
- Responsible for all aspects of site merchandising, site operations, and customer journey flows - ensuring that our site is commercially salient
- Be intimately familiar with the Shopify platform capabilities, and be able to roll up your sleeves and administer all aspects of your team's scope
- Build comprehensive playbooks and processes that scale team capabilities while partnering with cross functional stakeholders for operational excellence
- Constantly assess site behaviors across the consumer journey and build a site enhancements plan that is focused on constant iteration and improvements
- Leverage eCommerce data to optimize catalog and content for cross sell, upsell, recommendations resulting in conversion and engagement improvements
- Create and implement a visual merchandising strategy that will deliver a best-in-class experience & performance through the assessment and optimization (catalog management, personalization, brand content, sorting rules, search results)
- Build best in class SEO practices and integrate optimizations into the process flow for improved rankings
- Grow and develop a high-performance team of data driven merchandisers and eCommerce managers into a unified and cohesive working team
- Data driven and consumer obsessed
- A site merchandising and experience fanatic with a lens toward process and efficiency
- An expert practitioner on the Shopify platform
- A team leader with the ability to manage and grow your team’s capabilities
- A passionate for retail and have an innate understanding of customer shopping behavior
- 5+ years’ experience leading e-commerce businesses with strong digital competency
- Experience leading onsite optimization and platform strategies/roadmaps
- Solid project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage trade-offs for delivery of existing projects while concurrently planning future projects
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment

About the Team:
The E-commerce team are masters of blending art and science. They combine creative thinking and analytics to deliver an industry-leading experience across our digital platforms. This team works closely with the Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams to bring product stories to life in an impactful way, and partners hand-in-hand with our ProdUX team to explore new areas of opportunity in our e-commerce ecosystem. As fans of all things e-commerce, they’re also always on the lookout for the latest digital commerce trends.
This role will report directly to the VP of Digital Commerce.

Pay range:
$175,000 - $220,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
