      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a business partner to members of the Senior Leadership Team
      - Drive Global Talent Management and Development Programs, including succession planning and mentorship
      - Monitor compensation and benefits policies for competitiveness and compliance
      - Promote a productive work environment and address employee relations issues
      - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to strengthen the Montreal job market presence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fully bilingual and fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
      - 10+ years of previous HR leadership experience
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
      - Advanced knowledge of provincial employment laws in Ontario and Quebec
      - Strong influencing skills and excellent communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in driving employee engagement initiatives
      - Knowledge of labor and reporting laws in Canada and adaptability for international functions
      - Proven ability to foster relationships with educational institutions for internship programs
