- Director of Residential Engineering will support, mentor and manage a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers and Technicians
- Monitor engineers' performances
- The Director of Residential Engineering will prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Forecast overall project management
- The Director of Residential Engineering will be responsible for leading project pursuits
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
- PE Registration is required. If not currently a licensed PE in Georgia, the ability to obtain a GA PE license via reciprocity is required.
- 10 plus years of related experience
- Project experience related to residential site development is required for the Director of Engineering
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
- Organizational skills and detail oriented
- Previous experience managing project teams, budgets, schedules and deliverables
