What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team and manage Third Party Risk Management
- Own the Security Program and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security requirements
- Define and maintain enterprise control baselines aligned with industry standards such as NIST and FFIEC
- Oversee Business Continuity Management (BCM) and ensure resilience of critical business processes
- Prepare for and respond to audits and regulatory examinations related to security and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GLBA, SOX, and PCI-DSS
- Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM) and risk assessments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and fintech environments
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques for security compliance
- Background in third-party risk management and vendor security assessments
- Knowledge of control testing methodologies and metrics reporting
- Certifications in cybersecurity or risk management (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
