      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for high-value commercial sales in verticals impacted by quantum computing
      - Drive enterprise adoption of the employer's hardware by addressing key customer pain points
      - Identify and structure strategic alliances with key industry players, including quantum hyperscalers and systems integrators
      - Manage the full sales pipeline, including forecasting, CRM management, and reporting to the board
      - Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team while collaborating with marketing and product teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8-10+ years of experience in closing and managing large commercial deals in deep-tech or advanced hardware sectors
      - Proven success in B2B sales cycles characterized by high technical complexity and average deal sizes exceeding $5M
      - Strong skills in executive communication, negotiation, storytelling, and presentation slide creation
      - Experience in creating repeatable sales playbooks for complex, long-cycle deals
      - Ability to represent the employer at commercial technology forums and industry events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in quantum technology, semiconductors, aerospace, or high-performance computing (HPC)
      - Previous success in launching joint commercial pilots or co-development initiatives
      - Established network within the quantum computing or advanced technology sectors
