      Position Summary

      Director of Operations – Center for Maternal Health

      Orlando Health is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Director of Operations to lead the Center for Maternal Health (CMH). This role is responsible for overseeing clinical and social program services, managing community and provider relationships, supporting telehealth and mobile health initiatives, and leading the in-house doula program. The Director will play a key role in advancing maternal health equity and reducing severe maternal morbidity in our community.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead patient enrollment efforts and support telehealth services.
      • Oversee clinical and social service operations, including mobile health and doula programs.
      • Build and maintain relationships with providers, community partners, and funders.
      • Manage operational budgets and ensure responsible stewardship of resources.
      • Develop and implement funding strategies in collaboration with CMH leadership.
      • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., Joint Commission, state/federal agencies).
      • Recruit, hire, and develop CMH team members.
      • Represent CMH in community planning and advocacy efforts.
      • Maintain and revise policies and procedures to meet licensing and funding requirements.
      • Promote visibility and awareness of CMH’s mission and impact.

      Qualifications

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Care Administration, Mental Health Services, Non-Profit Management, Psychology, or Social Work.
      • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of successful management and leadership experience. Experience with collaborative community initiatives preferred.
