What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets
- Provide leadership and coaching to Sales Managers and Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to maximize customer retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Design and implement effective territory management strategies for optimal market coverage
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to refine strategies and provide insightful reporting to executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of 7+ years in progressive sales leadership roles, managing large direct sales teams
- Significant experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that improve revenue growth
- Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and CRM systems
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a focus on talent development
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy

- Experience in a technology-driven sales environment, particularly in legal tech or SaaS
- Proven ability to exceed revenue targets consistently
- Familiarity with data analytics and its application in sales strategy optimization
- Experience in building and managing remote sales teams
