Search Tooling Product Management – Oversight of internal and external tools that support business architecture and Firm strategy. Develops a detailed, fact- based understanding of the business with a ‘people, process, technology’ lens and aligns it with the Firm’s long-term strategic objectives.
Services Improvements and Roadmap – Analyze market trends, competitiveness and costs structures. Generate business cases and concepts to improve Spencer Stuart’s search and advisory services. Evaluate the strategic service options and develop a services roadmap.
Market Testing – Work with product management team to coordinate the development of prototypes and other testing collateral. Establish user groups and conduct pilots with clients and the firm. Adjust the improvements based on feedback. Finalize the business case.
Services Development – Coordinate with cross functional teams across the firm - – IT, Learning & Development, Finance, Operational Excellence, Change Management, Marketing, etc. – on the development of service improvements.
Services Launch –Conduct pilots and establish the broader rollout approaches. Coordinate services deployment to clients and the firm.
Results Measurement– Compare the results to the business case. Measure satisfaction and adoption. Develop continuous process improvement plans and update the services roadmap.
Data – Provide perspective and a business centric point of view on data strategy and participate in cross functional team that defines the future of data for the Firm.
Proactively develops a well-supported vision for the changes that will optimize the firm's effectiveness across service lines.
Positively challenges assumptions about “the way things are done” with the goal of improving the experience of colleagues and clients
Presents a clear, compelling and motivating business case to all stakeholders communicating what must change, why changes a re beneficial, and possible outcomes and costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Services Management will be a well-respected, influential and experienced consulting professional with superior executive presence and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of intellectual curiosity and tolerance for ambiguity, with a passion for improving the way the firm operates. With excellent collaboration and listening skills, the Director of Services Management will have a track record of developing strong relationships across roles and offices. They will also possess a strong analytical orientation, with the ability to insightfully synthesize data and communicate complex business ideas to a sophisticated and discriminating audience.

10+ Years of Professional Services Experience
Working in a consulting environment and/or a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm. Exposure to executive search, recruiting or staffing is ideal.
Experience operating in an international organization
Ideally in a matrixed structure
Bachelor’s Degree
An advanced degree or MBA is a plus

The base compensation range for this position is $150,000-170,000 per year. The actual base compensation offered within this range will be dependent on the individual’s skills, experiences, and qualifications. This position will be eligible to participate in our annual discretionary bonus program.
