- Establish program, within budget and resources guidelines, that recognizes and rewards our top advisors with elevated services, enhanced products, etc.
- Responsible for establishing program inclusions, parameters as well as overseeing the operation and ultimate execution of the program
- Lead strategy of various in-person touch points for our top producing advisors with the support of our internal events team
- Look for creative ways to regularly reward and recognize top producing advisors
- Own the parameters and ultimately the top producer member list
- Work with various internal department to ensure seamless execution of benefits and regular exploration of new ways of providing elevated services and products
- Work closely with the Advisor Success VPs, Directors, and Managers on establishing criteria, communicating benefits as well as qualifying and communicating with advisors.
- Look outside of the travel industry for inspiration on other rewards program to that position Global Travel Collection is as the innovator in client rewards and recognition.
- Work closely with the marketing and branding team on the name, image, communications and other touchpoints to reinforce the value and external clout of being a top producer with Global Travel Collection
- Work closely with the Events Team and Advisor Success team to determine strategic, thoughtful and equitable placement of advisors eligible to participate in internal and external events.
- Create a process/system for recognizing rising stars with future potential to make the Inner Circle
- 5 + years of experience working in a luxury/high end travel agency or closely adjacent hospitality sector preferred.
- Experience managing relationships with top performing individuals and/or accounts.
- Experience working with or acting as a luxury travel consultant a plus
- Experience working to develop loyalty and/or rewards programs in other industries a plus
- Team oriented, collaborative and a strong communicator as this role interacts with many different departments.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
- Experience developing and running a project strategy a plus
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Products with an emphasis on Word, Excel, Teams and Power Point, as well as the ability to learn new technologies.
Overview
The Director, Recognition and Reward Programs for The Global Travel Collection is a critical contributor to the Advisor Success Department and will be integral in developing differentiated service for our top clients. This role will have strategic oversight of the development, execution, roll out and maintenance of a top producer program with the goal of providing extra value and white glove service to top selling advisors. This role will be very collaborative with various departments who are executing on elevate service tiers.
This role will work closely with the Advisor Success team on communicating benefits. This role is not meant to be involved in day-to-day support, account management or overall community building.
This position is remote..Advantageous if candidate is in close proximity to either our New York, NY or Beverly Hills, CA offices.
The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
