      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals responsible for recruitment across various positions
      - Partner with operational leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs
      - Oversee the entire talent acquisition function for a significant business segment
      - Establish and maintain effective recruitment processes and strategies to meet hiring targets
      - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area required; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years' management experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
      - Minimum of 7 years' experience in recruiting and/or related HR roles
      - In-depth knowledge of affirmative action plans and staffing regulations
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-volume recruitment
      - Sales experience, either inside or outside
      - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
      - Previous experience managing decentralized teams
      - Strong understanding of innovative recruiting techniques
