What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve territory revenue goals and manage the sales opportunity pipeline
- Develop and implement strategic plans for penetrating key agency customers
- Train distributor personnel to facilitate the sales and servicing of products
- Conduct agency discovery meetings and deliver sales presentations to end-users
- Monitor and control travel expenses within established budget parameters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or related experience
- Overnight travel required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Knowledge of distributor networks and contract bidding processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MapPoint, SharePoint, and Word
