- To guide the Business team with deeper analyses and insights about e-commerce websites performance, and to guide them in selecting actionable opportunities, for both the short and long term. To support the Business team in understanding the business trend, customer’s behavior, impact of online marketing tactics, site changes, events and other key drivers of website performance.
- To support all the e-commerce functional teams (content, merchandising, marketing) to report performance or to correct tactic decision to optimize their activities.
- To be the main reference for the online-behavioral data governance, to set the proper way to pull and read data, to build report, to define or select KPI, to monitor the analytics integration status.
- To supervise the analytics impact of any website release deployed to production environment, with debugging and data QA activities.
- INTERNAL: Analytics team members and all the other digital teams: Business, Marketing, CRM, Content, CRO, UX, Omnichannel, Product
- At least 1/2 years of experience in Web Analytics.
- Experience with E-Commerce Business and in knowledge of main KPIs and traffic drivers.
- Understanding the mechanism of tracking / tagging.
- Good knowledge of our analytics tool ContentSquare (Clicktale), Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst / Omniture) and modules like Adobe Report Builder, or Adobe Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Browser Console
- Basic knowledge of HTML (for debugging purpose).
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Educational Background: Economics, Marketing, Business.

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Web Analyst in support of our e-commerce business teams. He/she will be assigned to one of our relevant brand brands are Ray-ban, Oakley, Sunglasshut, Persol, Vogue, Oliver Peoples, Costa del Mar. The candidate will be the main reference for all the related online-behavioral data and KPIs.
