- Manage Existing E-Commerce customer accounts including customer service
- Create, Execute and Manage promotional Marketing Campaigns for E-Commerce customers
- Analyze store front traffic to assist with decisions
Analyze pricing trends
Drive Sales - Accountable for sales performance of E-Commerce customers
- Analyze market trends
- Create promotional offers
- Market research on potential new customers
- Set up and onboard New Customers
- Create monthly / yearly sales budget
- Manage Key Performance Indicators and explain variances, make adjustments as needed
- Work with operation on Order fulfillment timelines
- Work with A/R on yearly discounts approving monthly reconciling
- Work with operations for seamless order stream
- Work with Inventory staff with crop cycles
- Minimum 2 years experience with B2B E-Commerce accounts and customer service or related marketing/sales experience
- Horticulture/plant knowledge a plus

The E-commerce Manager is a full time salary position with opportunity for an earned bonus program. The E-Commerce Manager oversees and manages the online sales and marketing activities of the e-commerce business. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimizing the user experience of the e-commerce website, managing the e-commerce platform, process, and technology systems.

Pay range $60,000 to $65,000
This is a hands-on management position. Salary position, first shift (typical hours are M-F 7am-4pm). Some weekends may be required. Work is performed on-site at corporate office location in Avon.
