What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with current ASTM standards
- Perform site visits at properties throughout California, documenting findings through notes and photographs
- Create figures, drawings, and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Assist with data evaluation and preparation of technical reports
- Support environmental investigation and remediation projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of directly relevant experience, with 1 year of environmental consulting experience preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (2025)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions

- Prior experience with Phase I ESAs
- Familiarity with ASTM environmental standards
- Experience supporting environmental investigation or remediation projects
- Interest in developing a long-term career in environmental consulting
