- Gather & support users to clarify requirements
- Possibility check and provide efficient solutions to adapt with requirements
- Investigate product issue and provide resolutions
- Review Solution & logic, support team members to complete implementation as schedule
- Co-operate with multiple global teams and provide supports required
- Steer the Fiori Implementation process following the end-to-end Product and Project Life Cycle
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable gathering and disseminating information.
- Computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Can interface with a variety of personalities and rank and file employees.
- Dedicated to problem solving and process analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and able to work in a group or alone.
- Good English communication
- Experience in ABAP core objects (Data dictionary, ALV, Report, …
- Experience in ABAP (OOP, Workflow, Enhancement, BADI…)
- Experience with OData service
- Knowledge in SAP UI5, JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
