- Technical depth in Base Software, Applications
- Model based development experience

- Experience as Release Train Engineer, SCRUM Master
- Ability to unite and drive people for a common goal
- Competency development plan
- Drive for Automation, Innovation
- Managing, Track and Control cost
- Able to handle the dynamics in the project with PMI, Scrum, Agile principles
- PMP or Equivalent Certifications, Project Management Leadership Trainings
- Automotive, Embedded domain and ASPICE, ISO26262, Security experience
- Excellence Mindset
- Experience in EA design.
- Functional Safety
- Experience in Diagnostics - UDS protocol.
- Exposure on ISO26262 - Vehicle Safety & Vehicle security topic like Secure Boot / Software Authentication / Threat & Risk Analysis.
- Experience in DOORs.

Under graduation in Engineering and | or post graduation in Engineering, Management
Certified SAFe Agilist,
PMP or equivalent certification in Project Management
10+ years of experience in Embedded | Automotive domain
2+ years of experience in Cluster | Center Stack Display
