      PlayCore has an immediate opening for an eCommerce/ERP Data Specialist at UltraPlay Systems located in Red Bud, Illinois. The eCommerce/ERP Data Specialist supports the Company Mission and Values through partnership with Ecommerce accounts to ensure accurate product data and interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquires and resolving complaints. The ideal candidate will excel at eCommerce knowledge, setting up EDI requirements for customers, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, while also delivering an optimal customer and employee experience.

      eCommerce/ERP Data Specialist

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Plans and implements eCommerce strategies and data on the company’s web sites
      • Coordinates with other team members to ensure accurate data and images are accurate on web sites
      • Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises EDI data and bar codes to drive sales and revenue to the company
      • Ensure all products, descriptions, and details are accurate and uniform across all selling platforms.
      • Set up and update new data feeds and catalogs for our sales partners
      • Manage change requests and updates related to product data and communicate with relevant stakeholders
      • Work alongside product teams and data stewards to maintain data, monitor data integrity, and link digital assets to the appropriate products
      • Adhoc troubleshooting and correction of marketplace, ERP, or website content issues
      • Identify and correct missing product elements, including, but not limited to, price, category, image, and description
      • Correct data across all eCommerce/ERP platforms, including, but not limited to, missing/incorrect data and images, listing errors, suppressions, and reinstating listings
      • Perform regular content audits and reporting
      • Identify and drive product experience process improvements and workflow, training relevant teams as needed
      • Answer incoming customer telephone calls. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction by providing expertise in the analysis of systems problems and logging service calls and orders.
      • Communicating with customer accounts to ensure their needs are being addressed.
      • Collaborating with various internal and external departments to ensure customer requests are addressed and processes are in place.
      • Prepare all assigned reports and correspondence accurately and on time, to include sales reports, maintenance agreements, warranty work, billings, etc.
      • Maintain and update all pricing and price lists as needed. Work closely with sales, accounting and other external companies for final approvals.
      • Address and resolve customer inquiries, problems and complaints regarding products, services, billing, applications, etc.
      • Address and resolve complaints and make recommendations regarding the return of equipment and the issuing of credits to customers to maintain customer goodwill.
      • Resolving complaints and keeping track of processes that pertain to customer account.
      • Create and maintain customer account information, communicate to the customer service team account requirements.
      • Knowledge of ecommerce systems and content management systems ensuring online account accuracy and functionality.
      • Provide inside support to the outside sales representatives. Prepare documents, letters, correspondence, etc. as needed.
      • Complete special projects as assigned.
      • Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
      • Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
      • Satisfy the required hours of the department.
      • Performs other related duties as assigned

      Qualifications


      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Database Management
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills
      • A minimum of a high school diploma and one to three years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Business Administration degree and strong computer skills preferred.

      Computer Skills

      • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Must be able to utilize Excel pivot tables and run a VLOOKUP)
      • Competency within an ERP system such as AX
      • Demonstrated proficiency with Access.

      Other Requirements

      • 1 year of related experience working with online retailers and marketplaces
      • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and make improvements
      • Knowledge of ecommerce systems and content management systems.
      • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as open orders, contracts, procedure manuals and spreadsheets
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
      • Ability to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.
