      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure all production EDI processes operate with 100% uptime, meeting SLAs
      - Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and EDI vendors
      - Analyze and recommend improvements to existing EDI processes and workflows
      - Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on EDI processes for continuous improvement
      - Manage user setup tasks, including account creation and configuration of directory structures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 1-4 years of hands-on experience in EDI application interface development
      - General understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP and FTP
      - Familiarity with EDI terminology, formats, and HIPAA-compliant file formats
      - Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant certifications in EDI technology or process improvement
      - Familiarity with agile practices for managing EDI-related projects
      - Strong client management skills with a focus on high-quality customer service
