Job Description

- Perform analysis of customer business processes and requirements to evaluate, estimate and propose the technical solution.
- Prepare and demonstrate technical proposal to customer
- Design, develop and maintain technical solution
- Verify and validate solution implementation
- Perform detailed analysis of customer business processes and requirements to produce specifications and documentation
- Mentor and coach other colleagues
- Lead technical team in research and apply new technologies
- Provide technical advisory and consultancy to customers
- Apply new technologies, procedures to automate and optimize SW development process
- Contribute to recruitment activities
- 8+ years working in Java Web application (or desktop application at least)
- Strong knowledge in Core Java
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE programming, Spring Frameworks, Messaging, Web Services, REST API, MySQL/MongoDB
- Experience in frontend development (HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, Angular, React, Bootstrap) is an advantage
- Have DevOps mindset and applied DevOps to your current / existing projects. Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins / Git Action/ Azure Pipeline...) is a plus.
- Experienced in microservices architecture design.
- Experienced design and implement CI/CD Pipelines at least one of popular such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD (nice to have).
- Experienced working with Containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes Engine..
- Experienced working at least 1 Public Cloud such as AWS, MS Azure, etc. Have ability to design cloud solution.
- Experienced with both database and application system from On Premises to Cloud.
- Experienced working with SQL, NoSQL Database such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle DB, MongoDB.
- Experienced working with messaging systems such as Kafka, Rabbit MQ (nice to have).
- Expertise with OOP/OOD, DI/IoC, Design Patterns and Software development best practices.
- Expertise in performance optimization and security for application
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Good presentation and consultancy skill
- Good coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Having know-how related to Automotive PMT(Processes, Methods & Tools) is a big plus.
