- Develop, implement, manage, and oversee student recruiting and preparation
- Coordination of the development of CAPE IV proposal
- Project management and coordination of the CAPE teams
- Develop outreach/publicity plans, create promotional materials, video publicity, and CAPE website
- Assist in showing CAPE during on-campus events such as engineering and technology week, prospective student programs, and campus tours.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communications skills with writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Experience with CAPE program
- Recruitment skills, people skills, and self-motivation.
- Strong knowledge of different social media platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate with small, large, and diverse audiences.
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting .
- Demonstrate high quality work ethics and professionalism.
