      FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network.       Position Summary:

      Apply electrical expertise to general industry leading prototype products for Fox customers.

      Position Responsibilities:

      • Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
      • Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
      • Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
      • Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
      • Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
      • Supervising electricians.
      • Ordering electrical supplies and equipment.

      Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
      • Excellent problem solving skills
      • Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.

      Position Qualifications:

      Education:

      HS diploma or equivalent

      Technical school degree in an electrical, technical or related field or appropriate certification(s) preferred

      Experience:

      4+ years of basic electrical technician work in a manufacturing environment required

      Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

      Manufacturing/ Lab Environment

      Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

      Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time

      Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

  • About the company

      In 1974, Bob Fox set out on a quest to redefine motocross suspension believing that there had to be a better solution. In 1976, Kent Howerton won the 500cc AMA Motocross National Championship on FOX AirShox and Marty Smith backed it up in 1977—we haven’t looked back since and continue to rack up wins.
