- Lead and manage a portfolio of complex, multi-sector electrical projects.
- Provide strong on-site leadership, motivating teams to meet milestones and deliver quality.
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
- Forecast costs, manage budgets, and drive margin improvement through effective change order management.
- Identify scope issues, mitigate risks, and resolve design or quality challenges.
- Build strong partnerships with general superintendents, foremen, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Deliver clear communication to executives and project stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor team members, ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Support continuous improvement through better processes, tools, and project standards.
- 7+ years electrical construction experience, including project management.
- 5+ years overseeing full project lifecycles.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Sight, Procore, BlueBeam.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, take-offs, buyouts, and change orders.
- E1/E2 electrical license a plus.
- Ability to present to executives and influence cross-functional teams
