- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any Major
- Must be registered for at least 6 credit hours with your university
- 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related degrees
- Interest in supporting operations work and desire to provide long term support for the division
- Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work as a team with others
- Experience in purchasing and asset management systems
- Experience with Microsoft Access or other databases
- Current Secret clearance
- Capable of operating computer systems
- Basic understanding of the Engineering requirements of the Division
Job Description
CIPHER’s Embedded Systems Vulnerability Division (ESVD) is skilled in reverse engineering, vulnerability discovery, and forensics analysis of embedded systems.
ESVD is currently seeking highly motivated students to assist in operations support. The student assistant will work with the current asset manager and researchers within ESVD to track assets under our care. The candidate will interact with sponsors and groups within GTRI to ensure the delivery of any supplied equipment and communicate project status with sponsors. This will include producing budgeting, project management plans, staffing and status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they will assist in purchasing items required for research teams to conduct their duties, as well as working with the relevant teams at GTRI to ingress and set-up purchased equipment within GTRI laboratories in Spring 2024
