- Manage EMEA People team intranet and regular communication platforms such as newsletters, teams channels, etc u00A0
- Support creation of communication and engagement plans from regional central people team to market and agency people leaders. u00A0 u00A0
- Facilitate & coordinate monthly EMEA People Market Leads Forum agenda, content, speakers and pre & post communication. u00A0
- Work with People Practice Leads to support on regular actions and follow-ups from weekly EMEA People Practice Leads call. u00A0 u00A0
- Create and maintain central progress tracking of EMEA People Strategic Initiatives u00A0
- Support in a project management capacity across region-specific people programmes and initiatives such as celebration/recognition and inclusion council development as required u00A0
- Provide hands-on support and coordination across several cross-functional regional projects and tasks. Examples include, but not limited to: u00A0
- Central coordination of Top Employers Certification processes and offering support to participating markets u00A0
- Create central resources and documents such as annual office closures calendar u00A0 u00A0
- Collate and analysis themes from market people strategy and employee engagement analysis u00A0
- HR Process Mapping exercises and analysis u00A0
- Support EMEA GroupM People Executive Leadership on any adhoc projects and meeting preparation, including slide creation u00A0 u00A0
- Previous HR/People team experience. 3-4 minimum years of experience. u00A0
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to craft clear, concise communication. u00A0
- Strong powerpoint /presentation skills. Must be able to translate content and ideas into presentation ready slides. u00A0
- Ability to work in complex, matrix environment. Quickly understand a variety of stakeholders and teams. u00A0
- Impeccable attention to detail and timeline management. Must be diligent in setting agendas, meeting preparation and follow up. u00A0
- Strong (but flexible) facilitation and time management u00A0
- Collaborative and adaptive approach u00A0
