- Provide a fully integrated employee relations experience in support of business leaders and their Human Resources Business Partners through a deep knowledge of the businesses and strong trusted relationships
- Manage Employee Relations Business Advisors focused on case management of complex and senior matters for one or more lines of busines s
- Review and analyze extremely complex Employee Relations problems of a diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth review of enterprise policy and procedures, labor law legislation, and other intangible variance factors
- Evaluate strategies and support enhancement of Employee Relations model through effective consultation, analysis of Global ER data and trends, and interpretation of metrics to improve business decisions, internal leadership training, talent assessment and inform human capital strategies and initiatives
- Provide strategic direction and actions to enable the development and delivery of effective services, products, and resources supporting employees, management, and human resource groups
- Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and practices and recommend or take appropriate actions to correct problems, including assisting and or advising management in the formal discipline or termination of individuals
- Lead Employee Relations projects and teams, or serve as a peer leader across Employee Relations.
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, consultants, managers, and leaders from various lines of business for effective functioning of the Employee Relations functional area
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of Employee Relations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Management experience
- Experience with Consumer Small Business and Banking, Corporate Investment Banking or Commercial Banking Human Resources
- Experience consulting on multiple employee relations issues that vary in scope and complexity
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with senior or executive leadership
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex employee relations problems
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Experience gathering data from ServiceNow or Workday
- Knowledge and understanding of human resources analytics , trending and reporting
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written communication skills
- This is a hybrid work arrangement. This position must work in-office three days a week and sit in one of the following locations: Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX; Concord, CA; Chicago, IL; Salt Lake City, UT; and Philadelphia, PA.
