      At CLEAResult, we are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Energy Analyst to support internal operations, analytics, and documentation efforts. This role will focus on improving team performance through data tracking, process standardization, and cross-functional support, while also contributing to light project and program work.

      • Support KPI tracking and reporting by developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar tools
      • Perform data analysis using Excel and other reporting platforms to monitor team performance and peer review processes
      • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation and manuals, ensuring accuracy and consistency
      • Help coordinate and schedule training sessions, and contribute to the development of training materials
      • Provide general support across projects, including quality assurance, documentation, and low-complexity project work (e.g., tune-ups, lighting reviews)
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with operational standards
      • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and supporting enhancement efforts

      • Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
      • Proficiency or interest in learning Power BI and Smartsheet (not required to be a subject matter expert)
      • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data organization
      • A demonstrated interest in process improvement, documentation, and analytics
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills


      Target Compensation:

      $60,000-$65,000/annual

      DOT Requirements

      If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

      Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
