      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute long-term sales plans to expand revenue from existing partnerships
      - Own the full sales cycle, including business case development, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing
      - Create account plans and cross-sell to strategic customers to drive growth
      - Maintain a healthy pipeline of accounts and manage commercial negotiations for complex renewals
      - Actively share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams to enhance value

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-5 years of direct sales or account management experience with expansion responsibilities
      - 2-3 years of experience leading complex sales cycles, including negotiations with Enterprise organizations
      - Proficient in sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
      - Experience in selling warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics software
      - Strong presentation skills and comfort engaging with decision-makers in the logistics industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in entrepreneurial, team-oriented environments
      - Ability to engage comfortably with multiple stakeholders during in-person meetings
      - Prior experience with customer acquisition strategies in the logistics sector
